  I called Mathew’s Heating and Air because my air conditioning was not cooling properly. The tech was out the same day that I called and diagnosed the problem. I had a leak in my system. I was given all the options of repairing my existing system or replacement. Since my unit was old I chose to replace rather than repair. The crew was professional, clean and polite. We are very pleased with the service and installation we received.

  Having worked in construction i can tell you that mostof you problems are not going to be caused by the brand of the products you install but by the level of incompetence of the installer. Some of these companies are going to send out a fancy pants salesman to sell you an air conditioner that you don't need at a price that is too high. Mathews sends out their installer. That is the person you want to talk to. Jeremy was a straight shooter. Told me what i needed, offered a fair price for it and didn't try to swindle me. He came out a day and a half later and installed the unit. He was thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. I am satisfied and recommend mathews if you simply want an ac that works installed by professionals. My father also used mathews for his ac and is also pleased with their service.
