  Had a power problem with my thermostat even after I replaced it. I call one hour and they told me someone would be there between 10-12 and sure enough Josh showed up at 10:30. He was the most knowledgeable, courteous and friendliest technician I've ever dealt with and he went above and beyond to fix my problem! I would never hesitate calling One Hour again!

  Both gentlemen were very helpful and customer focused. Unfortunately it turned out our duct work was a mess, so they had to wrap it up without finishing the cleaning. There was no charge, which was extremely nice and unexpected. I would recommend them and we plan to continue using them.

  I called One Hour Heating and AC on Monday to schedule duct cleaning and spoke with Mark, he explained that they were really booked up but was able to squeeze in an appointment for Friday of the same week!! Joshua and Ori arrived on time, explained the process, they were respectful, professional and are a great representation of the company!
