  Excellent product. Has performed exactly as presented. New build. Kip was engaged from initial design until final CO. I was most impressed with his followup and engagement through the life of the project from concept to operational completion. Kip is a pleasure to work with and is adaptable and mission focused to deliver the best solution for the situation.

  Our experience with Florida Living Outdoor has been phenominal. Kip and his entire team are very professional. They arrived when scheduled, worked tirelessly in the heat and cleaned up after each step. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. We love our MagnaTrak system. Our patio faces West. When a storm comes up suddenly we can easily deploy the screens in a few seconds. Keeps the hot afternoon sun at bay also. I highly recommend Kip and his team at Florida Living Outdoor to install the best system available. Plus, my great grandson of 20 months is fascinated watching the screens go up and down.

  Kip and his team at FLO were the best! Attention to detail, efficient, hard working and conscientious of their work area and your property are just a few of the great things to say about our experience with them. Kip knows his product and does what he says he’s going to do. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to feed Kip and the crew lunch! If you live in Central Florida and you are interested in hurricane defender screens, call Kip!
