I called the corporate office for advice, they gave me the number for a office nearby. I was so impressed with the woman who helped me, she understood my problem, explained what I needed to do for window world to correct my problem and when we were finished with all the details she gave me a timeline for getting my replacement windows! She was absolutely the best!
