At the time it was resolved. But since then window opens & closes hard & wont lock. Called our rep & now we have to pay a $125.00 service charge for them fix it. You call that customer service? I call it highway robbery. Worst company to ever deal with! Please use a reputable company instead….

My plan is to have other window installed, along with a door, and possibly a skylight for which I would contact Window World again.

My husband and I were exhausted from all of the work and repairs we had been doing and we weren’t our usual upbeat selves. Bruce was very understanding and took it all in stride. He didn’t skip a beat and was very pleasant while reviewing everything with us. It’s obvious that Bruce is passionate about what he does. The estimate he provided was very reasonable and competitive. We are looking forward to going ahead with doing business with Window World and I will be writing a review once everything is completed.
