  Contacted them on a Saturday morning after the big spring snapped and was thrilled they could come out that day. Our technician was professional and thorough. Examined the door and suggested certain maintenance and repairs beyond the replacement of the spring. The door was 20 years old and needed some work. Not cheap but seemed reasonable given the fact that he was here for 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend them.

  This morning my garage spring broke and Precision sent someone this afternoon - incredibly responsive and timely! Christopher did a fantastic job getting my door back into shape. I know far more about garage doors and motors than I did yesterday, and appreciated the education on what might go wrong next on this 20+ year old door and motor. Highly recommend giving Precision a call!

  The technician arrived in the timeframe expected and was very friendly. Roland was very knowledgeable and explained the service needed to repair the garage door, how much time it would take, and what the repair would cost. He mentioned other possible repairs that might be needed in the future and why they may be necessary, and I was grateful to be made aware of this possible future need. He also made me aware that I was eligible for a discount and that was much appreciated! The repairs were completed that day and took less time expected! Overall wonderful job and experience!

  Exactly what we needed! The builder installed the absolute cheapest possible options and the grinding and groaning of the garage door just became unbearable. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door team, we have the quiet we always expected and a new garage door opener capable of actually lifting the door properly! Well worth the investment!

  I recently had a large (8’x18’) garage door repaired and a new opener installed. The technician was excellent — courteous, patient, professional, and fully equipped to handle the job. Scheduling was fast (same-day), the work quality was excellent, and the end result is great. That said, several upgrade options were presented that, in hindsight, may not have been strictly necessary. I chose to proceed with more work than required for convenience and peace of mind, but I’d suggest future customers carefully review what’s essential versus optional. Pricing seemed on the higher side compared to parts costs I found online — about $2,500 total, including roughly $920 in parts — but the workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results, though next time I’d take a little more time evaluating the scope of work and costs.
