  I would like to commend this company. We researched and received quotes from several companies and decided on this company Tyler, in sales was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Although, we had to wait several months, it was well worth the wait. The products are high quality and it is amazing the detail in matching the paint and stucco of the house, making the shutters unobtrusive. I specifically want to tell you of the professionalism of the installation crew: Corey, Mike, Juan and the electrician Clayton. All of them worked very diligently at installing the hurricane protection. Corey and Mike did the bulk of the installation at our home. They went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly. They took extra care with our belongings that needed to be moved during the installation. We were very impressed at how they meticulously cleaned up the work area everyday. Making sure there was only minor inconveniences during the installation process. These gentleman are the face of the community company and should be highly respected, appreciated and valued for their work ethic. We will definitely recommend the company

  These people clearly have a bunch of fake reviews. They way overcharged us and then our condo had an engineer come out to inspect the building as part of all this new legislation and they had not even actually caulked the windows fully and had left alligator caulk all around the windows which of course then were leaking. We had to hire someone else to come fix their mess. The also lied about how long they were there. They'll harass you endlessly.

  Professionalism at its finest. Tyler, Corey and Doug were all exceptional. Tyler was very patient with us. He did an excellent job explaining our options and recommending what would work best for us (which by the way was not the most expensive). Corey did an outstanding job installing the shutters and going over how to use and maintain them. Doug answered our other questions both when we went to the showroom and on the phone later. We're very pleased with everyone we dealt with and with the new shutters. They look great and I'm sure they'll protect the window as anticipated (although we hope we don't need them anytime soon). Thank you all for your wonderful service.

  I am extremely pleased with the shutters installed by Custom Storm Shutters Direct. The workers who installed them were very professional and thorough. They look great and operate well.
