  These people clearly have a bunch of fake reviews. They way overcharged us and then our condo had an engineer come out to inspect the building as part of all this new legislation and they had not even actually caulked the windows fully and had left alligator caulk all around the windows which of course then were leaking. We had to hire someone else to come fix their mess. The also lied about how long they were there. They'll harass you endlessly.

  We placed an order with Custom Storm Shutters but ended up canceling for reasons that had nothing to do with their product or service - we were very impressed with their understanding and follow up hence our recommendation to use their services.

  Professionalism at its finest. Tyler, Corey and Doug were all exceptional. Tyler was very patient with us. He did an excellent job explaining our options and recommending what would work best for us (which by the way was not the most expensive). Corey did an outstanding job installing the shutters and going over how to use and maintain them. Doug answered our other questions both when we went to the showroom and on the phone later. We're very pleased with everyone we dealt with and with the new shutters. They look great and I'm sure they'll protect the window as anticipated (although we hope we don't need them anytime soon). Thank you all for your wonderful service.

  I would like to say a little something about the recent hurricane shutter installation by Custom Storm Shutters. My wife and I wanted to protect the balcony and east side of our home. We contacted Custom Storm shutters. Rose answered our call, she was very pleasant and told me that Mike would call me back, which he did promptly. We agreed on a day in which he would visit us at our home and explain the various products that may work best for our home and our budget. Mike arrived on time and thoroughly explained each option to us, and answered all of our questions, he really knows his products! We decided to purchase roll down shutters because they are so convenient…and with the stucco texture applied they blend in and look like part of our home and not some kind add on. The two man installation crew was outstanding, courteous, and skilled and they worked together as a team exceptionally. They did things that I know most workers wouldn’t do-they even caulked some pre-existing cracks in the stucco for me! Of Course the final product is outstanding, they look great- very nice work! The entire process was flawless from beginning to end, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these guys to anyone! Clark A. St. Augustine, FL
