  I just love this company. Where to start they came out to my house very fast and fixed my septic tank pump. They even fixed it better then it ever was. The last company I used screwed me over big time. I’m so thankful for Rinaldi's. Everyone was nice and very kind. They would have me come out to look at the work that was done. Had me test and my toilets, showers, and sinks all at the same time, and all worked great..

  100% recommend this company! Garey and his team consisting of Clarence, Daniel, Jonathan, and Vincent are top notch, detail oriented, honest, and skilled professionals. From connecting with Garey and having him out to evaluate the job, discuss options, and talk through pricing to the entire crew doing an amazing job with the installation and clean up, these guys never cut corners and I could tell they took pride in their work. True professionals that aren’t trying to nickel and dime you as unfortunate as it is, many companies do these days. We did our due diligence before selecting a company for the job. After countless hours of research and having numerous companies out to provide estimates, I can confidently say we made the right decision and are lucky to have come across this company. That’s a good feeling when you’re having to make a substantial investment in your home. Add these guys to your list of honest, quality, and professional service company’s you can rely on.

  This company is amazing. This is my second Daikin unit and I have to tell you that the technology is above and beyond anything else in the market. The unit is absolutely silent indoors. Outdoor it is all but silent. The form factor of the unit outside of my house is very thin and appears to be something futuristic. The staff was very friendly and informative, quick and professional. I didn’t have one observation to be critical of their work. I recommend Daikin because of the technology, the advancements and seer price point given other relative companies on the market. Carrier is overrated IMo. Extra shout out to Gary for always being a standup guy and Expert in his field; he goes above and beyond the call of duty and it shows across the company as his leadership is infectious.

  I've been a customer of Rinaldi's for a few years now and their service is always top notch and they get you serviced fairly quick. My most recent experience with them is probably the best one as of today. Their tech, Josh Scott, was extremely knowledgable when I expressed my current situation with my AC unit not fully cooling off my main room especially at night, due to the thermostat's location in my house. His suggestion to install a sensor in the warmest/main room of the house along with a smart thermostat to help me feel comfortable at night, not only was very economical but I know in the long run it will be very beneficial on how I use my AC. Josh was extremely friendly, professional and enjoyed explaining to me exactly what was going on and what work he was doing to make sure I was able to understand and explain in case any future problems should happen. Very happy with the service, so thank you Rinaldi's for having Josh come out here and provide a quick, easy, and reasonable solution!
