  I had a great experience with Rainaldi. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and quick to schedule an appointment. The technician, Angel, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my unit. The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly ever since. Angel also made sure everything was clean and in good working order before leaving. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Rainaldi to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC work.

  I had a great experience with Rainaldi Plumbing today. I had a leak under my toilet and Gary Spears came out to diagnose the issue and knew exactly what to do. Gary is capable, knowledgeable, polite, clean and very kind. He also suggested I schedule a free evaluation to see if any water might have migrated under my tile floor and recommended a company they work with. Everyone was great, from the first phone call to Emily the receptionist to schedule, Gary the plumber and Dale the service manager who was kind enough to jump on the phone with me. They were all very kind and professional and they treated me very well. Thank you, everyone!

  Amazing job! Gary and nick worked all say long, on what proved to be a very challenging repair. After discovering that an old cracked fiberglass tub was actually previously installed over an old cast iron tub! Wow, they worked half of the day cutting it down into safe chunks in this tiny bathroom, cleaned the whole are. And even were very sensitive to keep dust out of the rest of the home. They cleaned up before, during and after the job. That took 9 hours to finish. But now, finally this bathroom will be dry, safe and shiny new! The scheduler, Kristin on the phone was so thoughtful and kind answering all my Spur of the moment questions and treated me with respect and kindness and follow up. I love this company!!!! My new plumbers for life! Thakyountonthe entirenteam! Oh, and Gary also fixed a previous plumbers shoddy job with the shower converter and tub nozzle too AND gave me the name of good tile installer to re tile . Love them all!

  We had a pleasant experience with Lee from Rainaldi Home Services. I called looking for a quote to fix a plumbing issue that came up suddenly (we live in a 100+ year old house and the master toilet started bubbling any time the shower or washing machine ran). Within 2 hours, I had a message the technician was on his way. Lee assessed and gave what he could see the problem was, gave an estimate, then let us know if that didn’t help, he would try something else- but the second repair would be a bit more so he wanted to try to save us a few hundred dollars. (Luckily, the first repair worked!) They also gave a 29 day warranty that if the original problem returns after the repair, they will come and reassess for free. It was $30 to have someone come and diagnosis the problem, which was cheaper than other companies I had called. The price for the repair was a bit expensive, but comparable considering the dispatch and diagnostic fee is cheaper- and the $30 is put toward your repair. All in all, we were satisfied with our service.

  The rookie service tech charged $500 for a tank to bowl kit install with a new flapper,fill valve, and flush valve. Not the worst price but when you are paying that kind of money for a repair you would expect that the tech wouldn’t reuse a tank to bowl kit gasket which he did. Also he reused the toilet supply line. Anyone that knows plumbing understands that that’s a sloppy job that can lead to a call back and possible water damage. Also He wanted to sale a $1300+ gerber toilet to the elderly couple. The toilet may cost $200 at most. May take 1-1.5 to install at most. If it was a higher in TOTO toilet I can see that being justified. The plumber kept a unorganized and messy van. The reason he reused rubber tank to bowl kit gasket was because he didn’t have on on the truck. The tech didn’t wear any booties or lay a drop cloth down on the floor . Below average customer service and just a sloppy looking guy. Typical plumber. Smoker and unkept appearance. No pride in work or appearance. He gave customer only two options. The standard would be atleast three options . The options he did write out was sloppy. He stood when giving options. He should have set down at a table with customer when giving options like a professional. That may sound petty but the little things go a long way. He gave the customers no call when on the way. When he arrived the homowner said they were told they would get a heads up and that they didn’t. Very below average. He needs more training on how to run a service call. If you want a good service in the Orlando , Palm Bay, Orange city , or Ocala area then call FIRST QUALITY PLUMBING. They are much cheaper and will do A better job . ALSO THE service manager at this company doesn’t even know how to plumb. He announces it unashamed. He has no place managing real plumbers. The guy seems to have sugar in his toes and has never ever done any plumbing. He ran a restaurant at one time. Embarrassing.
