  If I could give Briton 10 stars I would!!! Exceptional tech who knows his craft well. He came to pump out my septic system and took the time to teach me everything I need to know on how to properly care for the system. Very knowledgeable and very caring young man! I can’t say enough good things about him in this space. But I will highly recommend Lapin Services for all your plumbing needs!

  I had a great experience with Yulian during our septic take clean out. He was extremely friendly and professional, and you could immediately tell he was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of our system. His calm and reassuring approach made us feel confident everything was handled properly. Thank you, Yulian, for such helpful and informative service!

  I had an excellent experience with Richard Calderon, who recently serviced the septic system at my home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to make sure the job was done right. Richard showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and in great condition. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly takes pride in their work, but it’s obvious that he does. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend Richard Calderon to anyone in need of septic services. Five stars all the way!

  We recently had Lapin come out to do a simple septic tank pump job as routine maintenance on our septic system. I used the website to set up the appt request, and later that day a rep called to help set it up. They were very friendly on the phone and had availability within 24hrs to do the job. Britons was our service tech who came out to the house. I was at work, so all communication was done over the phone. It was nice having the automated service let me know when he was en route, and then when he did show up. He was well early of the expected time window which was nice. He called to confirm, and we communicated on where my septic tank was. He was extremely friendly and polite. He managed the job quickly and efficiently, and didn't push on any recommendations or upsells other then giving me some very useful information, outside of his routine inspection of the tank once he pumped it. He left my property as he found it. This was the second time I've used Lapin to do a routine pump job and I'll continue to use them in the future.

  I had good luck in finding Laplin Services for fixing an issue with our church sewer lift station. Our sewer pump was unable to pump out water to the city sewer outlet. Contacted Laplin and their tech Drake Smith promptly arrived in the morning and diagnosed the issue immediately and Drake sent me the proposal report immediately. I accepted the proposal and Drake obtained the necessary parts to do the fix and resolved the issue within couple of hours. Exceptional fast and honest work. I have found a trustworthy service vendor for our sewer lift station.
