Sin duda, es una de las mejores tiendas que he visitado en cuanto a disponibilidad y variedad de productos para plomería. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con el servicio al cliente no fue buena. La comunicación fue limitada, el trato no fue el más profesional y la persona que nos atendió parecía estar molesta, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Aunque la empresa destaca por su amplio inventario y por tener todo lo necesario en plomería, definitivamente hay espacio para mejorar en la atención al cliente para que esté al nivel de la calidad de sus productos. /// We visited this company today to look for some plumbing materials, and we were able to find everything we needed. It is a plumbing-focused company that offers a wide range of materials, accessories, and specialized tools. Their inventory is truly impressive—very complete and well-stocked. Without a doubt, it is one of the best places I’ve visited in terms of availability and variety of plumbing products. However, our experience with customer service was not good. Communication was limited, the interaction was not very professional, and the staff member assisting us seemed upset, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the company stands out for its extensive inventory and for having everything needed for plumbing, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service to match the quality of their products.

  Sunil was definitely a big help, my parents house had some broken pipes because of the freeze and he guided me to get the correct parts and even helped me with guidance on what to do next time with a freeze, very knowledgeable, helpful and charismatic, definitely would recommend him
