He is very knowledgeable and always kind. No matter who walks in through the door JJ always treats everyone the same. He is dependable and his knowledge of plumbing supplies is up there with a master plumber. I could go on and on about the excellent service JJ gives. He is definitely an example of great customer service and how we should all treat each other.
