If you don’t borderline slam it shut and hold it down, it will open up wide to the elements. We have been trying to get someone to come out for the third time now. We keep getting delayed, and customer service (I’ve been working with Bri) has to be repeatedly pursued because they will not proactively keep you in the loop unless it’s to tell you last minute that the contractor is actually not coming for another 3 days. My best advice is to do a THOROUGH walk through before original installers leave. We had windows installed backwards. Shingles weren’t completed. And now this door.
- CBColleen BerrySep 13, 20255.0I am loving my new shed from Tuff Shed! Starting with Saray in sales, she really kindly helped answer all our questions in the design phase. Subcontractor Tegg Concrete's team did a great job pouring the slab for our new shed, as well as a smaller pad for our old shed that we moved. John from Tegg was very kind helping us with rescheduling due to my husband's health. His team worried about the rain and made sure to tarp over our slabs just in case (praise the Lord, the rain waited until the concrete was dry!)... On shed installation day, Marco and his crew came promptly, treated us and our property respectfully, knew what they were doing, and did a great job overall. They were working in muddy conditions and also with less than 18" behind the back wall. They took it all cheerfully. They worked with us in the placement of the shelves at the end. Thanks to everybody!
