Beware to anyone thinking of installing a trane in their home or business. If parts are not available you’re basically SOL. If there was a way for us to get parts from someplace else for these parts I would!

They have no idea what happened to order. We lost the sales , customer pick other contractor , we dragged him from Wednesday’s without air. What a bad customer service Trane did on us. “ it’s hard to stop Trane “ we agree but in bad customer service they are leaders in HVAC suppliers , and they acting that they are God himself when you talk to them in person. We are so dissatisfied and disappointed with Trane supply , even our small business deserve to be served better. “ it’s hard to deal and do business with Trane “ So shame and sad Today 12/27/23 9 customers in line waiting , one cust service counter girl serving. So sad that Trane thinks that they can do this kind of delays service. Almost 3 years after first review they got even worse!

So we have to send them pictures of the parts in the unit........LOL......Rather then having good customer skills and making your problems there own they send you to tech support. I've watch this branch go down hill over the years.
