  I’m going to start by saying that I get a good price and delivery was on time but talking about the job done, not so happy. The house is a rental property so I went last week and the company came a month ago to fix some details and found some more but is frustrating to be calling for complaints on top of that from the beginning I stated my worries about the gutters and I was told to not be worried and now is leaking on every corner and last time they came they put the ladder and scratch the gutters in the areas they work now I need to spend over $700 for fixing all this problem and to be honest they were very polite every time I call but the workers they have don’t take pride in their job, so many people ask about our roof and I tell them I got a good price but I’m not gonna recommend if they have gutters because if anything happens they not fixing even if they say they will, because that was the most that I mention and after I paid that’s it now is my problem. Most of the time cheap is headache.

  Thomas Roofing did a great job repairing my tile roof. They first sent someone to assess the damage. An estimate was quickly given. They were pretty up front about the timing of the repair: it would be a couple of weeks out. Since it's not an emergency repair, I had no problem. Now the broken tiles have been replaced. I am completely satisfied with their work.

  They replaced my roof a couple of years ago and they did a Great Job! I had a complication because I needed to replace the Super-gutters at the same time as the roof. Everything was coordinated and they are very professional! When my mother’s house needed fixed after a tree fell it, I gave them a call. They came out and patched it and gave me a quote (hole in roof and drip edge), it was repaired within a week. Their Quality of Work & Employees are Top Notch! They take pictures and document everything. Highly Recommended!

  "I had a great experience with Thomas Roofing and Repair! Juan was fantastic during the initial evaluation and stayed involved throughout. AJ, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. And Jermey in the office was super responsive, making sure I was happy with the work. Great price, excellent service - would definitely recommend!

  Excellent execution from the first contact to the repair. They have a really responsive and organized approach. They can the next day after my call. Kevin W the person who did the assessment my metal roof spent a long time up on the roof assessing the condition of the roof. Then asking me questions on what had been done or not done by my previous roofer who installed and serviced the roof for 12 years that had not solved the small leaks that happened in the last 2 years. Then went back up on the roof to assess more, took pictures and called his supervisor to consult on it as well. He then came down and told me his finding with the pictures. Now that is thorough. Kevin even said maybe I should consider calling my provider to see if they would do the recommended fixes under warranty or lesser cost. I declined as I had lost confidence in that company given the poor response times and failure to see or fix the problems that needed to be addressed. He said they would be able to do the work in 7 to 14 days and sure enough they did in 8 days from my saying yes (note: this was in the dry season in FL). They were knowledgeable, the fee was reasonable and they delivered in a timely manner. What more can one ask for in a roofing company I figure.
