They will try to charge you extra fees saying you damaged or scratched the equipment when it originally showed up looking like it had already been through WW2!

We are sitting at 15 days + on equipment pick up. When asked the rep why hasnt it been picked up yet the answer is when we have a truck in that area we'll get to it.
