  We are having our kitchen redone due to a leak we had. This has been a stressful time and meeting your associate, Joshua Parlato made our day. He is an amazing worker, very thoughtful of our home, explained everything to us so we knew what to expect, and was just a really pleasant young man to chat with. Because of Josh P, we will use Rainaldi again when needed. I hope you will give him the accolades he deserves for being such a valuable asset to your team.   Brandon was a great technician. We needed the pressure release valve on our home water line increased from 75psi to 125 psi due to the city now sending our neighborhood a steady 75psi water pressure. Brandon had the new prv onboard and the job was completed in less than an hour. I had an issue with the pricing but the Rainaldi office contacted me and made us happy> They are the best and I highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services.

  I’ve used Rainaldi Home Svce company several times now, and they continue to earn my trust with every visit. After a bad experience with a previous contractor, finding a team that is reliable, professional, and consistently delivers quality work has meant a lot. The technician Joshua P, was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They always explain what needs to be done, finish the job properly, and leave everything clean. I’m always satisfied with the results, and it’s reassuring to know I can count on them whenever something comes up. Highly recommended!

  I have used this company for about 5 years. In the past I have dealt with some cheaper plumbers, but this plumbing business always fix the issue. Customer service is always GREAT. Seriously this company can educate other businesses about outstanding customer service. Brandon Turner was very nice and knowledgeable. I can also say the same about the rest of the other staff in this business. Sometime their service is a bit higher than other plumbing businesses but they provide me with piece of mind for my rental properties, and that’s all I care.

  I had some Rainaldi guys come out to look at two shower leaks. I did not end up hiring Rainaldi due the negative experience I had with them and the absolutely ridiculous quote I got back from them. For one of the shower leaks the Rainaldi tech incorrectly assessed the problem being the shower pan and demanded a full demo of the bathroom to replace it. This is despite being told that it was not the shower pan, as I had already tested this by pouring water into the bottom of the shower and there was no leakage. They wanted 6000 for this. They also told me that my walls were full of mold and that they would be unable to test any of my pipes to find the true source of the leak. I later had a mold inspector come to my house and the mold inspector told me I had no mold in my walls. The other shower, the tech had correctly assessed the issue. However, they said that it would be almost 2000 dollars per shower valve replacement. I had two shower valves that needed replacement so it would end up being 4000 dollars for it. Roto-Rooter correctly identified both issues and came out to fix the issue in both showers for under 2500 dollars. In addition to this, the technician that they sent was incredibly rude and insulted my house multiple times. I would not recommend Rainaldi for any service.
