  We had a very frustrating experience with Rainaldi Home Services. We scheduled an inspection call and were given an “all day” service window, which already required us to rearrange our schedule. We called twice ahead of time to confirm the appointment and asked if they could narrow down the time window, but they couldn’t provide anything more specific. Then at 3 PM on the day of the appointment — after we had already waited around all day — they canceled. No advance notice. No attempt to reschedule proactively. When I expressed how upsetting and inconvenient this was, they told me they would call back with a new appointment window. They never called back. If you value clear communication and reliable scheduling, this was not our experience. Very disappointing.

  We had to re-plumb our entire home because pipes burst under the house. Rainaldi came to the house the same day, evaluated the job, including some items I decided to add in and set up an appointment for the next day. The team arrived promptly and completed the job in a half day! They even set up the appointment with the plumbing inspector and plasterer. Every worker was efficient, pleasant and quick. Everything works much better and looks great! Highly recommend!

  I was in a panicked talking to Sherry on the phone. One of my pipes had leaked from upstairs and water went through my dining room light and ceiling from downstairs! She got 1 of the technicians to come to me as soon as possible. The technician came(Chris)and explained to me what was happening and fixed my leaking pipe in no time. He was very good and through with his work. I was very pleased with the way the work he did. Thank you Chris and Rainaldi Home Services for your help! Thank you Sherry for your help,she went ahead and called me back to check on me as I mentioned I was in a panicked.I really appreciate the care that you gave me.

  During the recent freeze in the area, my above ground water pipes froze, causing it to completely sever, and my back flow preventer system developed a gash, disrupting service to my home for multiple days. I called five different service providers, and settled on Rainaldi and another major brand. The Rainaldi service technician (Gary) and the service rep on the phone were all pleasant to interact with. They definitely built and earned my trust. The technician was very open and transparent with explaining the issue before performing the work, giving me time to make sense of the potential impact of avoiding addressing the issue immediately and the cost. The price they quoted for parts and labor was $1,200 less than what another major plumbing company provided to me the day prior. They've since completed the work, and all is well now. All-in-all, I've learned my lesson and now know what to do to prevent my pipes from freezing again (so I can avoid the inconvenience as well as needlessly having to get expensive repairs done), but given the circumstances, I'm happy that I chose to go with Rainaldi.
