  All staff we were in contact with were very helpful. Techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They took care of everything, answered all questions and gave detailed explanations. They did a thorough job. We highly recommend NanoGuard.

  We have relied on NanoGuard on multiple occasions for complex water damage issues at our property, and each time, their work has been exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially their lead, Craig. Craig and the entire team at NanoGuard are true professionals and have become our trusted advisors. They always ensure we understand every step of the process, from initial assessment to final sign-off. They present optionality in how to move forward, and their work product is genuinely best-in-class. The detailed, meticulous effort they put into remediation as well as the supporting documentation (pictures, etc.) has made it easy to coordinate with other vendors and insurance carriers as needed. Highly recommend.

  Nanoguard and Max were amazing and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about our home. We had a huge circulation. issue that we never even considered. Prices were affordable and I can’t say enough about how important this is.

  I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care and professionalism this team has shown us. They were with us every step of the way helping with assessing the amount of damage we were looking at, offering to help us navigate through the insurance claim process, working with our schedule to help remediate the issue, explaining the actual cleaning process, offering next steps, explaining why it's being done, what to expect, etc. Everyone there provided phenomenal customer service. Brian, Rafael, Brian, Craig and (especially) Chelsea 😉 were all very professional and perfect examples of how businesses should be run. They deserve every star in their rating.

  This is a FANTASTIC company with GREAT PEOPLE !!! I personally want to thank Max, Craig, Rafael, and Laura for working with me on our mold remediation project. They are TRUE PROFESSIONALS in every sense of the word... thorough, detail oriented, and a wealth of knowledge !!!!!
