  I could not help the urge to write this review after having had a general, a four-point, and a wind mitigation home inspection with Perter yesterday. As senior citizens, and I myself once a licensed professional engineer, my wife and I have bought and sold houses and worked with home inspectors, with whom by comparison, Perter is the best, not only because he is nice, but also and more importantly, he is professional, conscientious, thorough, and effective. His inspection reports are the most informative and comprehensive, exemplifying the best of his profession to me as one of his clients. Thank you, Peter, for your work, and for being a great home inspector!

  Peter is hands-down the best property inspector I’ve ever worked with. He’s super punctual, extremely friendly, and just an all-around awesome person to deal with. His attention to detail is insane – he doesn’t miss a thing. The online portal he uses is amazing: clear, well-organized, and packed with lots of high-quality photos from every angle, so you really understand the condition of the property. Peter is also fantastic at explaining everything in simple terms, walking you through what’s urgent, what’s minor, and what to keep an eye on for the future. On top of all that, his pricing is very reasonable – he’s not expensive, especially considering how well he knows his job and the value he delivers. I highly recommend Peter to anyone needing a property inspection. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I booked E.M.I.L Home Inspection last minute for a 4 point inspection and they were able to accommodate me within a few days. They were very communicative and delivered the full report same day. I highly recommend them for those looking to have an inspection done.

  Peter was professional, courteous, honest, and thorough. I have absolutely no complaints and felt he treated our inspection as if it was his own home. He explained anything I had questions about and gave me the report within the same day. I would highly recommend and use him again.
