My wife and I had a dehumidifier installed in our attic by another company in Orlando. For the last two years we had one issue after another and spent easily over two thousand dollars in repairs trying to get the AC system and dehumidifier to work together properly, but the integration issues continued until the company stopped servicing the unit. Enter Associated Piping. When we first spoke to Larry he truly listened. This wasn't just about making a sale, he wanted to understand and solve the problem. We sent photos, a video of what we had in the attic and he maintained constant communication with us. He and their lead tech Rob diagnosed multiple issues in a manner of hours. Both systems had been running simultaneously causing them to conflict with one another and constantly fail, some ductwork had been damaged, and the system needed a damper installed along with proper control settings. They were patient, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and funny! These are genuinely good people who care about getting it right. The system now works exactly as it should, and we finally have the humidity control we paid for two years ago. If you're dealing with similar HVAC issues in Orlando, I can't recommend Associated Piping highly enough.
