  Communication was great, selection was higher than competitors, and pricing was generally fair. There was a large delay on my order due to supply chain constraints, and the communication throughout the process was enough to maintain trust. I’ll be contracting them again once I’m ready to extend my fencing.

  Update: We are legitimate customers of yours but my fence install was under my name not my company. No further calls are needed since our communication issues occurred during install and no post install communication either. The initial meeting with the owner was good. She seemed very knowledgeable. However after signing the contract, I could sense it was all about the money. Mainly it was the lack of communication. I had a question and it took them days to respond. Then I didn’t get a confirmation the day prior to installation. I only received a call the day of around 10:00 a.m to tell me that it would be rescheduled (due to the potential rain). I believe that any business should try to communicate especially with current customers and this is where they lack. Once they actually did the fence (which were subcontracted), no follow-up to ensure everything was done well. We had an issue with the latches and they didn’t even follow-up to ensure we were happy with the results. Luckily my neighbor was able to fix it for me since it wasn’t something major. I also had two other properties that I wanted a fence install but had to take my business elsewhere. I’m a business owner and customer satisfaction/communication is essential for any business no matter how big or small it is. Many of my clients ask for recommendations for fence. Glad I found a different company to recommend to them.

  27 Fence is an outstanding Company. We contacted them among other fence companies and decided to go with them based on Owner Fior’s presentation, explanation, warranty and price point. The process went exactly as explained from the permitting to installation. The day of installation the crew showed up in a nice truck, ( we are big on presentation) and quickly got to work. They explained the process, asked us questions regarding our preferred installation and went to work. Our fence was done and beautiful in one day. Fior contacted us immediately wanting to ensure that we were absolutely happy and assured us that if we had any issues it would be resolved. We are super happy !

  27 Fence is a highly knowledgeable & professional company. They’re able to assist & provide educated information on HOA guidelines as well as required permits for fences. They are extremely friendly & accommodating, their customer service is superb. I would recommend to each & every person I meet. A wonderful business!
