  Rave/Rant review. We had a wonderful experience with Genevieve, she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing and took her time designing our new construction kitchen, she listened to what we wanted in our design, our kitchen is the heart of our home and we love it. She stayed in contact with us for the install, she responded to emails and phones calls in a timely manner, wonderful to work with that is the rave. Now the Rant, warranty department gets a 1 star. We did not notice a scratch/crack on the counter when the kitchen was installed, we covered the counters immediately with paper until the construction of the home was completed once we removed the paper and did a our new construction clean is when we noticed the scratch/crack, Warranty would not cover it, and basically said we damaged it, and gave so many excuses as to why they would not cover the damage. Lesson learned to pay close attention to detail after install or they will say it's the counter manufacturers problem not theirs.

  With the great help of Martha at the Orlando Cabinets-to-Go store, we replaced the vanities and countertops in our two outdated bathrooms. In addition to Martha's pleasant nature, she provided excellent advice and kept the project on schedule. Amazingly, the two bathrooms vanities were ordered, delivered, installed and the countertops were templated and installed in a total of 27 days! Daniel and the CBG install crew did a outstanding job in building and installing the cabinets. I commend the CBG Orlando store for their great customer service, quality installation and meeting our tight time schedule. Kudos to the entire Cabinets-To-Go Orlando Team!!

  I visited the store in Orlando. Martha was my cabinet specialist & she help me look over a verity of cabinet styles as well as design a layout that would work for our laundry room. We haven't begin the project yet, however my wife & I will use Martha when that time comes. She is very professional.
