  I had an outstanding experience with Bob Heinmiller and his team. What really stood out was that they didn’t treat this like a simple plug-and-play job. Before my sauna was even delivered, Robin Hood (yes, that’s actually his name) took the time to review the installation video and go through the instruction manual so everything would be done right from the start. We were communicating ahead of time, and it was clear they understood the scope and took it seriously. When install day came, everything was executed perfectly. No issues, no surprises. They’ve also previously set up my Generac generator, so I can say with confidence this team handles much more than just AC work. Couldn’t be happier. 5 stars all the way.

  We had an emergency situation and the office called other customers who did not require immediate assistance to ask them to change their appointment to accommodate our need! As new customers that was impressive. Carl came on time and got to work quickly. He diagnosed the problem and told us how he would solve it - and did. He provided us options on how to mitigate this issue in the future. We were so impressed we signed up for preventative service with Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning. Good people with excellent customer service.

  They came and diagnosed the problem with my solar aray, replaced broken cables and mirco-invertors got the system back on line with in a hour or so. I am very pleased with the quick professional work they did.

  Highly recommend Joe & Brandy! Joe took care of the yearly maintenance on our generator system today. He went the extra mile by showing some of its operational aspects, providing advisement on its care & added back lock functionality that had been removed by prior owner. Brandy is a great communicator who set up the appointment & walked me through the expected costs & what’s included in service maintenance. Both Joe & Brandy are excellent representatives of their company.

  Everyone was so amazing to work with! Every person from beginning to end was super fast to respond and was super knowledgeable with everything I needed done. I had them install a Tesla charger in my home (sounds simple but it’s not) and handle it all and did the work extremely well. It really felt like they cared about what I wanted and gave me 3-4 options to choose from. I would recommend them over and over again.
