  Eddy came and took a look at my old units and gave very clear diagnostic. He thoroughly explained my options, including fixing my old set up. Ultimately, I needed my house to be inspection ready and I opted to install new units. Eddy talked me through my options again, tonnage, brands, etc. and helped me choose something suitable without spending top dollar. When they installed, they took time to make everything look great, and made sure everything is to code, wires and lines protected, and easily serviceable in the future. Additionally, they fixed drainage issues with my set up that were the result of my original installation, where the drainage line was installed level, rather than at an angle, which made the condensation flow backward occasionally if it met any resistance whatsoever. I will definitely call them next time I need any AC related help.

  They did an amazing job replacing both of my AC units. From start to finish, the service was excellent. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, responded in a timely manner, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I also appreciated that they pointed out other repairs that needed attention instead of just doing the basic job and leaving. Their professionalism, honesty, and communication really stood out.
