  Outstanding service and quality materials. Claudia handled my order with knowledge and efficiency. Anderson and Carlos installed all my flooring and baseboards professionally and efficiently. They estimated four days and they completed it in that time. They were always personable, kept me informed, and treated my home as though it was theirs. It was an overall great experience.

  If I could rate them a 10, I'd do that! What an outstanding experience we had with Leroy and his workers. We had looked at another flooring establishment that handled Mohawk, but wanted to visit another store for more samples. We sure are glad we did! We met Leroy, the business owner, and his vast experience and knowledge of flooring was incredible. He was very friendly and cordial from the get go. We decided to go with this company because of Leroy. He personally came and did the measurement for our home and told us we could do 3 of our bedrooms now and the 4th later and he'd hold the material for us. We did decide to do all 4 bedrooms. We asked for his best installer and we were told Anderson was the guy....well, he was right. Anderson and his crew did our install and they were absolutely amazing. Very easy to work with and they did an incredible job. We had just installed new baseboards in the 3 bedrooms and they said they'd just add 1/4 round to not disturb them. Anderson's mitering was magnificent! When Leroy stopped by I told him we were planning on doing 1X6 baseboards in the 4th bedroom, and he let me know that they'd also do that as well as the 1/4 round. This is where Claudia, one of his office staff got involved. She handled this for us and was so kind, concerning and incredibly helpful at getting an estimate and having the baseboards and1/4 round delivered a few days early so I could paint them in advance. Their delivery driver also was very friendly and helpful when he came to unload them and helped me place them right where I needed them. Claudia went above and beyond with all of her help in coordinating all the scheduling and my various questions during the process. She never made me feel dumb or was impatient with me. I really believe the pricing was very good as I'd just paid to have the other 3 bedrooms baseboards installed a month earlier and now think I overpaid the people. As far as our total job with installation, we cannot say enough about Anderson. He was so patient, attentive to our desires and never made us feel like we were overburdening him with our questions or desires. My wife was very sensitive to the floor layout and keeping the boards balanced and no repeats next to each other. Anderson was so very patient and helpful with making sure she got the floor layout she wanted. After the install in the 4th bedroom, while we were preparing the baseboards, we noticed a small bubble in one of the boards and felt really bad as it was kind of in the middle of the floor. I called Claudia and told her we felt bad and wondered how it would be taken care of. She said Anderson would fix it when he did the baseboards. I told her that I believed Mohawk should compensate All Floors for the time and effort to pull up the floor to get to that defective board, but she said they'd just do it! I could go on and on about the incredible, fantastic, beautiful flooring job that was done. They had to remove tile in our master bath and did that as part of the job also. They took the time to cut the tile in the door entry to be properly done versus just removing the tile to the nearest grout line. This showed true professionalism, as I never dreamed that this could be done! Well, all I can say is that Leroy, Anderson, Claudia and their delivery person were OUTSTANDING and I would highly recommend this organization for any flooring needs you may have!!! Sorry this was so long, but these days it's hard to find people that are customer friendly, attentive and truly show their kindness to the consumer. If you need a floor, All Floors is the place to go!!!!

  Wouah ! Great team, good choice and good advices. Very professional and reliable installation team. We ordered on the 7th and the team was already there on the 14th with the material to replace the carpet by hardfloor in our dining and family room and by a new carpet in one of our room. Very nice job. We highly recommend this company

  We had the best experience at All Floors! My husband and I were so overwhelmed trying to figure out flooring for our house renovations. Sharon and LeRoy came to the rescue!! They were so personable and friendly yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience and will be returning as we go through our renovation process. 10/10 recommend!
