- SZSabrina ZulqarnainJan 10, 20231.0My builder used this company for bathroom shower door enclosure installation. They were sent out to fix the issue because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. If I ever treated customers like they do at my job, I’d be fired. When you greet them at the door, the guy glares at you and says “I’m here for the shower door” and doesn’t acknowledge you. We asked him a simple question, and his response was “we got nothing to do with that” and walked off. I’m not asking for anything more than common courtesy that I treated these technicians with. Absolutely disrespectful and they do a horrible job of shower door installation. They need a serious refresher on customer service and their job duties. If I ever have needs in the future, I will make sure to NOT use this company.
