From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the product and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the our Salesperson, office staff and their installers were top notch they explained the entier process and execued the install perfect. i have alredy recommended them to another Co worker who is currenty getting their own Florida room installed in his Home. make sure you call BHI before you let someone else do your project! they are top notch. Thanks BHI for a great job!

In my son room the roof was leaking. I called them the next day. The customer service was great and very professional. They came out and expected the roof and we had one area that needed repair. It was taken care of in a matter of days. They did another great job if you’re looking for your roof to be repaired or replaced I highly recommend Better Home improvement. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
- SSSeabreeze SDec 3, 20251.0Do not recommend this company at all. They are rude. They lie. The owner is the worst man my husband and I have spoken with, ever. He sounds like he’s got a substance problem. They told us they filed for the permit, when I called to find out what was going on with it the city told me they never filed for the permit. This was 3!!! Months!! after they got a large deposit on a $50,000 job! I even went to hire a lawyer to get my money back. When they heard that they started the actual permit process. It took them 6 months to start the job they said would take a couple of months. 1 year! to finish it! I wouldn’t ever use this company again! Due your due diligence. Get every little thing in writing! Better yet; hire a professional company who values their customers and does what they say they will.
