  The Backyard Creations crew was extremely professional and efficient from the sales pitch to the completion of the job. Even when we experienced changes to the plan, they were able to accommodate. We did have a leak after the completion of our patio and the team came out to resolve the problem on the same day. They stand by their product

  Backyard Creations did such an outstanding job installing our new screened lanai in our backyard. It is BEAUTIFUL!! Their install technicians are very talented, professional and friendly. They also were not the most expensive out of the three bids we received. Great bang for the $! I would highly recommend using them.

  I had a sunroom added onto the back of my home. Backyard Creations did a wonderful job! Jeff and his team are highly recommended. Jeff was always just a text or phone call away and always replied/answered in a timely manner. He went over and above with the service I received.

  Backyard Creations installed a porch for us 5 years ago, and from the moment we got it, it leaked badly where it was connected to the house. I'm not talking about a drip here and there. I'm talking 4 large tubs with water pouring into them that had to be emptied frequently. We started calling to request that they come fix it and it took 6 months and repeated phone calls before anyone finally came out. When they got there, they said it was because we had some leaves on the roof and they asked for a broom and swept the leaves off and left, even though we told them it had leaked even without the leaves. My son kept the leaves cleaned off on a regular basis and it continued to leak badly - even the day after the leaves were cleaned off. We don't even have any trees that close to the house, so the leaves were minimal anyway. We called them again, several times for the rest of the year, and no one else ever came back or responded to our phone calls. We called a roofer who did something that didn't really help much. We finally just had another roofer come out and he said that the original installation had not been done properly. After $1375 more, he is guaranteeing that the roof won't leak any more, but we should not have had to pay that. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they just totally ignored us after the original job was complete.
