- MCMona CraftingSep 19, 20255.0Alan Taylor Roofing handled my rental property re-roof in 2016. Repairs were done promptly, correctly and with respect for the property. A small problem was addressed the same day I called it in. I was extremely happy. Now I am selling the property and the potential buyers brought out a 4 point inspection they claimed required a complete re-roofing on my 9 year old roof!! Since the sale was contingent on resolving this issue, Alan Taylor inspected it himself the following day, and Renee gave me a complete explanation of the inspections. Turns out the buyer was trying to use my lack of roofing knowledge to price gouge me! Thank you, Alan Taylor Roofing for your excellent work, patient service, and high ethics!!
