  My experience with Latow Brothers Plumbing was outstanding! Right in the middle of the unusual very cold weather we’ve been having my water heater goes out. I called the office and spoke with Michelle, she was so nice. She advised me they were very backed up due to issues people were having from the cold weather and said it would be several days before they could get to me, but if she had any cancellations she would fit me in right away. I could tell she was truly concerned about my dilemma and she even suggested I may want to call around, but I gave it some time as I had heard good things about this company. She called me back later that day to let me know that they had a cancellation and booked me an appointment for the afternoon the next day! The technicians Dave and Charlie arrived for the appointment in the window of time I was given and they were awesome. They diagnosed the problem right away, replaced the defective part, educated me about my water heater, and were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and got my hot water back on quickly. Also the price for this appointment was extremely reasonable. Thank you Latow Brothers Plumbing for such great service and an awesome experience!

  Great business! These guys were able to come out same day to repair two valves. They were quick, polite and the pricing was very fair. The lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful to my mom. Thank you!

  George and Dave did a great job . I’ve referred them to all of my customers since 2017 . They are efficient , knowledgeable and very competitive . I will continue to refer there business to my customers . Great job . And thank you again .

  From my first call with Michele to Dennis coming out to replace our water heater that started leaking all over the garage; there aren't enough words to describe how wonderful they are. 10 out of 5 stars Highly recommend
