- TStrav strickJan 13, 20221.0We ordered 18 twenty ft utility poles from them. Went there and the guy loading the poles on the trailer decided he wanted to proceed and drop all 18 poles at once on the trailer because he “didn’t want to make multiple trips”. Unknowingly to us, when he did this he caused the fender on the side of the trailer to bow out and rub the inner wall of the trailer tire. This caused the two tires on the side of the trailer to smoke and melt the rubber. We had to stop on the side of the highway and unload all 18 poles off the trailer, bend the fender from rubbing the tires and re-stack the poles. We called back to ask if they would replace the tires since it was their fault for improperly loading the trailer and was sent a picture of a sign that only talked about how they were not responsible for overloading the trailer (which was not the issue). Very disappointed on their customer service and would not recommend to anyone.
- MMMario MartinezJan 7, 20225.0I drove for a few hours to get there years ago when I build my fence and the poles have been through all Hurricanes since Charly and the fence is up and poles in wonderful shape and now I will return soon cause I want to build a pole barn and I can't think of a better place than Florida Fence and obviously will go early and not by closing time 😀

- SSStarnesMay 22, 20201.0drove an hour and a half to get there. spoke to the woman on the phone 3 times while on the way. told her of a traffic issue. they closed the gate as i was trying to pull in and said sorry we're closed while looking at me. left work early and drove all that way for nothing. i understand they close at 5. i was there at 5:00. spoke to her on the phone and she waited until i was pulling in to close the gait and smiled at me. never again.
