  I called friends Plumbing this morning due to us having a plumbing emergency. They called us back and set an appointment immediately. Doccame out. It was prompt and courteous. He found the problem immediately and explained to me what happened. He gave us a clear and concise quote, which we approved. He began the work immediately. A few hours later he was done. He came in and make sure that all the water was running properly. He went over the billing with us. Again, we couldn’t be more pleased with friends Plumbing and would recommend them to our friends and family.

  We recently had Doc from Friends Plumbing tackle a particularly difficult job at our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the very beginning, Doc took the time to walk us through everything in wonderfully clear terms — no confusing jargon, just straightforward explanations that kept us informed and confident throughout the process. What really impressed us was Doc's ability to come up with creative solutions that saved us money without cutting any corners. He completed the job on time and came in under budget, which is rare and hugely appreciated. His skill and depth of knowledge were evident at every step — you can tell this is someone who truly knows their craft.   A few years ago, when the original owner ran the business, pricing was fair and reasonable. Since the son took over, however, costs have risen significantly and now feel excessive. Charges per job appear extremely high—often in the $350–$450 per hour range—while it doesn’t seem that workers are being paid less than $50.00 per hour. Pricing has gotten out of control, and it feels like customers are being taken advantage of because they’re at the company’s mercy. It’s disappointing to see how much things have changed and how profit-driven the business has become.

  I had a panic situation at 4:30 on a Tuesday. Most plumbers weren’t picking up their lines, but a friend told me about Friends plumbing and they actually picked up their phone. A real human being named Michelle. She was awesome and got back in touch with me to let me know that they would be sending a plumber out. They sent me a wonderful young man named Kaine. He was professional, arrived when expected, and worked hard to resolve my issue. He explained everything as the situation unfolded, so there were no surprises. I was very impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I am so pleased to have found a new plumber that I can count on.

  This is the second time in 5 years, I've had to use friends plumbing, and just like the first time I use this company the workmanship is outstanding the workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves and this time I had the pleasure of dealing with the technician name Cody, hard-working guy very informative, let me know what was going on the whole time even though he ran into the problem and it's costing me $16,000 now having all the piping replaced but I still trust this company, and I really don't trust a whole lot of people, bottom line if you have any plumbing work that needs to be done and you want an honest technician and company I highly recommend friends plumbing.
