  I recently had insulation installed by Gale Insulation, and I would like to share what a wonderful experience it was. As someone who is older and not very familiar with modern home services, I truly appreciated how kindly and respectfully I was treated throughout the entire process. I want to give special recognition to JR Rosario and his staff whom worked with me one-on-one. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything in a way I could understand made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood each step, and ensured the work was done the right way. I applaud him for his outstanding customer service. The installation team did an excellent job and left everything clean and well-finished. I am very pleased with the results and how much more comfortable my home feels already.   Ryan Bluestone and his team were incredible to work with. This bathroom remodel took many turns but Ryan was a constant help and very peaceful to work with. We are extremely pleased with our shower glass.

  Called Richard at Gale Insulation, and he was able to accommodate my work schedule and I was "insulated" within days of my initial phone call. He made it a pleasant process, and when Tevin and Oscar showed up on time, they were friendly, smiling fellows who were patient to listen to me, inform me of what was going on and what they were doing, and got the job done quickly! I was very pleased with them and the whole process, but delayed in writing the review to see what difference it made, which only time can reveal. I'm happy to report that my AC is cycling much less frequently, and the house is remaining much cooler, and my electric bill dropped with less than 2 weeks of electric with the insulation in - that's a great start, and I'm actually looking forward to a full month's bill with anticipation to really see what my savings is. Everyone I spoke to at Gale was friendly, easygoing, and informative...and I felt the price was very affordable.
