  Formula Plumbing was able to schedule and repair plumbing issue same day as called. Wade did an excellent job with repair, very efficient in time and actions. Will definitely use them again if necessary

  Excellent first-time experience with this company. After discovering the worrisome problem the night before, I had a dark and sleepless night. This morning after calling around, I picked Formula Plumbing based on high reviews, availability, no trip charge, and the general good impression they made on the phone. I called them around 9:00am with my time-critical issue. The toilet was repaired by 1:30pm. Responsiveness is especially noteworthy when there is only one bathroom in your house and the floor is wet. Disaster averted. Both Wade, the plumber, and Frank, the service manager, were professional, courteous, respectful and well spoken. Communication was clear and they explained everything. Options included replacement, repair, and a discount package if I bundled it with some other nonessential work I was thinking about. Prices were competitive and took my credit card. There was no upselling. I chose Door #2, a two-part repair involving both the tank and pulling/resetting with new wax ring. It is like new. Wade was prompt, thorough and efficient. He was not bothered by my cats. Another very important consideration, no chaos or mess during the job or afterward. Not all tradesmen respect your home, but if anything, the bathroom was cleaner after the work than it had been before. Unexpected household repairs are stressful, but less so if you know who to call. This was not a major renovation, but it was big enough. Google does not make it easy because you have to weed through so many "sponsored listings" (ads), but fortunately I found a professional and trustworthy company. Calling Formula Plumbing was a shot in the dark. I recommend them with confidence and would use them again, although I hope I won't need to for awhile. PS After I posted this review, I read where Google says this company is located in Pasco County, but when I talked to them this morning they had been among the Tampa companies suggested by Google and had many positive reviews from South Tampa customers, which was part of the reason I picked them since I live in Interbay.

  Formula Plumbing was great to work with. My technician Daniel was extremely professional, thorough and efficient. We had several small projects and they were able to resolve all of them. Highly recommend.

  Had them installed a whole house water filters system 3 levels. Competitive and reasonable pricing with warranty. Frank is logical not pushy sales and actually advise and give options that works. Dan is a great plumber, very knowledgeable and respectful. I hired this company after going through 10 companies at least. They will be my trusted plumbers as I am new to Tampa. Thank you folks
