  The technician Manny came out to handle our water damage was extremely professional and clearly took pride in his work. From the drywall cuts to the carpet removal, every affected area was left neat, organized, and clean. Even in the middle of the mess, he kept the workspace tidy and made sure we understood what he was doing. You can tell this team really cares about doing the job right. Five stars without hesitation!

  EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!! We had a major flood from an upstairs sink that ended up pouring down into the garage, and LT was incredible from the very first call. She answered the phone after hours and immediately walked us through what to expect. Throughout the entire process, she kept us updated at every step so there were never any surprises. Any time we had a question, she was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. Her communication alone made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

  Can't say enough about LT and Franklyn. Their team is amazing, attention to detail. They are super clean on the job site always professional. They know how to do their jobs with precision they carry several licenses around mold remediation from what they showed me. I highly recommend them. You will not be dissappointed. Kenny

  Puddles did a great job restorating our bathroom/ laundry room from water and mold damage. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up when they were finished. We are very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend.
