  Kyle was able to come out for a late night emergency call. Only took him about an hour from the time I made the initial call. He was polite, proficient when it came to handling our AC issue. Kyle was able to quickly diagnose, repair, and test our system with no time wasted and charged a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely keep this place on the mind for future issues. Thanks again, Kyle!

  Hopefully you know how I feel about John Day he is the only one that I like to have come and take care of my air conditioner. He is a wonderful young man and I always feel he has done everything that he can do to service it correctly. He is well worth waiting for if needed. When you have someone who represents your company like this young man please do whatever it takes to keep him. Because the person he is is few and far between.

  I was very impressed with the service I received from Ocala Heating and Air for my new AC unit installation. Andrew B. and Payton B. did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. I especially appreciated how clean they kept the workspace throughout the process. It’s rare to find technicians who are both efficient and so meticulous with the details. If you're looking for a high-quality installation and a team you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Andrew and Payton!

  Mid March 2026 I had our 21 year old Trane 3 ton AC/heater and air handler replaced. I watched the crew of Dave, Dalton and Bruce work throughout the 9 hour install fabricate needed new ductwork, install all new items mentioned, rewire the entire system and of course complete the 1000+ tasks that go along with such a job. Today the state inspector certified all work and complimented the job and its neatness. I would highly recommend OCAC for such work and do yourself a kindness and ask for this crew. They also were a pleasure to chat with and laughed at my jokes, :>) good for them that they did not stop working when I told them.
