  Tom from Generac provided outstanding service. He came this morning and did an excellent job. He explained everything thoroughly and left detailed notes since my husband wasn’t present, ensuring I could pass along all the information to him, as he handles these matters. Tom walked me through every step, was patient, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism shone through, and he also informed me about future service plans to ensure everything stays in top shape. I highly recommend his work!

  Horrible customer service!! I've been dealing with Seven for some time now. Trying make my decision on how I want to proceed with the generator purchase. Everytime I talked to him he would raise the price. Then I tried to schedule with another sales rep to see if my experience would be better. The appointment would just end up back with him. He then wouldn't even talk to me, he just canceled the appointments with no explanation. It's so unprofessional. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a generator to look elsewhere. If you're in the northern FL area check out Security Safe. They gave me a GREAT deal and a bigger system than Generx quoted me for and it was cheaper. Also the installation is within a couple weeks. Seven told me if I signed now it'll be about 3 or 4 months before the install. So do yourself a favor and keep looking if you're considering this company.
