Window World replaced the window under warranty. The service process was very easy and well handled by the office staff. Josh the service technician was super friendly and noticed other things that were also damaged at the same time. He explained he would order the parts and have those other items also fixed.

Two minor little problems with them the first time I called they were there as soon as they got a new sash for my window with no problems whatsoever came and installed it. Second time, one of my little nighttime locks broke, and they were there very quickly and fixed it. Contractor was very polite, cleaned up after himself and had it done within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company they hold to their warranty without any hassle whatsoever.
