Ive been waiting for almost 3 months for them to come out and finish the job and get it inspected. Horrible communication from the company. I do not recommend window world to anyone. Please look elsewhere for window replacement. This has been a nightmare.

John in sales, Samantha and the ladies in the office, and Casey ,Taylor and Steven (the installers) were excellent . The windows are custom made making sure they fit each window as they should. Casey and his men worked even in the pouring rain. They were thorough making sure everything was in order and worked properly. We went from old single pane windows to new double pane made a big difference. I am so pleased with my new windows! I highly recommend Window World for your windows!
