Some of it was a safety issue caused by the original builder of our house. I would love to tell you who that was. The work by the original installer was so bad my wife saw the problems. Solomon was able to fix and replace the shawty work by the builder due to there get it done and move on.

He came up with a very reasonable plan to fix it and came back the next day with parts and got the door back to working order, actually better than before the damage. He explained what he needed to do very well, gave me some options etc and he was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.

Then, Thomas comes to my home, immediately he was very impressive. Very polite, then in no time he has both doors working. Thomas is the BEST!!! He explained everything in detail, reprogramed both garage doors and remotes in no time. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate his kindness and the garage door education he gave me. Shout out to Thomas!!! Wonderful Job.

Then I called Precision...I called at 3:30pm and Ulises showed up the same day at 5:00pm....I've had a lot of companies do business for me, but its near impossible to get a company to show up the same day you requested and one hour and 30 minutes after your request. Not only did he quickly solve my problem, but he was honest and didn't try to sell me a new garage door. He fixed mine for $49.95! I am still in disbelief that it was so quick, professional, and no nonsense!...just impressive, timely, honest and incredible service...I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Ulises, with Precision Garage Door Service. Even the phone dispatcher was so incredibly professional and polite. Can I give them all 10 stars? I was only allowed to give a max of 5 stars but I would double that! Thank you Precision Garage Doors and Ulises! I am a level 6 google reviewer and dont hand out 5 stars to everyone!
