  Great experience from start to finish! They supported us through the entire process, from HOA approval to fence installation, making everything smooth and stress-free. The team was patient, professional, and truly listened to our requests. After the final installation of the gates and caps, everything looks great and we’re very happy with the results.   I don't know how he managed to do everybody else's fence and gate straight and level with supposedly great communication skills because my gate was made to his own specifications and not mine. First of all he took 3 weeks beyond the understood installation date because of various delays, including disappearing cause he was missing parts, a potential problem with with his truck, then a bubble in his tires and finally an appt that he came up with an excuse to not show up. My neighbors labeled him "the ghost" because he's so horrible in communicating that it became a running joke when he'd respond. Problems with my fence are as follows, it should be straight and level throughout. He couldn't match my neighbors height to start, then raised my fence on both sides of the house saying the land is contoured, but where the land is raised is due to a pile of sand where my holly was growing and on the other side because of runout. He never asked me how I wanted it installed and it should not be assumed I want it raised anywhere! I was fortunate to catch him installing gate on an angle, something completely unheard of due to balancing as it should not want to roll itself into the ground nor look like its on an angle. Second he used the wrong rollers as he installed it with chain link rollers cause it looks ugly and ruins the gate design. His excuse was that they don't work properly, a choice I should make, NOT him. Now I have a gate that does not open because he installed fence on an angle and it runs into the cement he used to secure the posts. What did I pay for besides a properly installed fence and a gate that opens?!?! He showed up when he wanted to and made some unprofessional moves. He lacked tools that I had to lend him and seems to believe hammers solve problems as he bent things due to poor design. The term "ghost" shall continue to be the sad joke around here because he hasn't even answered me in over a week about doing the job right while I have a gate that doesn't open, more work for the consuner! Do not use this person unless you're wiling to take a chance and If you do, don't pay the rest unless it's what was expected! Pics of uneven post by neighbor, Cement that blocks my gate and how both sides are raised by house when there is nothing there causing their rise are included . Update, now a piece that shouldn't have been installed due to wrong parts being used has fallen off due to poor design. His contract says he has to repair things and he won't even pick up phone. He's a real piece of work whontakes adavtage of people just like many floridian wannabe businesses!!! Def worth taking to court!
