  Hefner Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty helping me replace my water heater. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The technician, Dallas, who installed it was outstanding. He communicated clearly, explained everything in detail, and worked efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. After completing the water heater installation, he took the time to inspect my water softening system and noticed it had a leak. That’s where he truly exceeded expectations. He tracked down the part, fixed the leak, and sealed everything properly... all at no additional cost. In a day and age where it often feels like profits talks louder than service, I can honestly say the service spoke volumes in my experience. I highly recommend Hefner Plumbing to anyone looking for quality work and genuine customer care.

  We had an issue with sewer smell inside the house that I spent weeks trying to solve. I thought calling a plumber would cost a fortune. I finally gave up and called Hefner plumbing. Dallas came to my house and within 15 minutes identified the problem and was able to come up with a fix. He was able to get the plumbing fixed and have our kitchen back in working order at a very reasonable price. Great work, great people! Highly recommend!

  I called Hefner Plumbing because we had an issue with 2 of our toilets. Although I spent many years in construction, at my age I didn’t want to mess with trying to fix them myself. Anthony arrived with a fully stocked van and gave me an estimate to fix everything. An unexpected issue came up because of the cheap work that the builder had done, so it cost more than I originally expected. Although it wasn’t cheap, it was in line with industry pricing, and they were timely, courteous, and did a great job.
