    Nathaniel came late in the day in the rain. He quickly diagnosed the problems, fixed the loose bolts, damaged parts/wiring and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Great service.

    I recently had a Generac generator installed through the Ocala office. Everyone there from Seven in sales, Kristen in the Ocala office and the installation team went out of their way to help me through the process. The install team went out of their way to help me locate and access my water shut off valve sine I am a widow and needed to know where it was in case of a water emergency in my house. They didn't need to help me with that but they went above and beyond in all areas of the job.

    Tom Wilson makes GenerX the best choice for Generator installation. The GenerX install was excellent and it received compliments from inspectors thereafter! Tech Tom Wilsons visit after install to review, explain and advise us on the Generac Generator usage and maintenance was nothing short of amazing. Practical, consise and to the point Tom solidified our choice of GenerX.
