The whole process took us three years, from discovering Del Webb, visiting, visiting again and finally deciding to build here. Everyone we worked with was knowledgable, patient, and very helpful shepherding us through the building process.

Example: our fitness center is overwhelmed by the number of new residents that have purchased homes during this period of expansion within Stone Creek that we are currently in. A second spa/fitness center would have helped. Gardens, similar to Shalom Park, would have offered an area for relaxation, peace, and reflection. Instead, we have a venue that promotes/profits from selling alcohol and further facilitates a culture of entitlement that seems to be growing within our community. If you're unfortunate enough to have a home in proximity to Stonewater Club, your peace and quiet will be infringed upon by the outdoor music that they have 4-5 nights a week. It is not an acoustic venue. Does the HOA take measures to mitigate the noise, they do not.
