  I called Coast to Coast this morning as a first time customer. Donna was able to arrange a preventative maintenance appointment for this afternoon. The technician, Blake, arrived on time. He explained what their maintenance program entailed. He was able to answer ALL our questions in terms that we could understand. This has been a good experience and we will use Coast to Coast for all our heating and air conditioning needs

  I had an outstanding experience with Pieter Verwey from Coast to Coast Heating and Air. He and his partner were professional, curious, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only was the quality of their work excellent, but Pieter took the extra time to walk me through exactly what was completed. He gave me a detailed breakdown of how my Mitsubishi Mini Split unit operates, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a technician so dedicated to both the technical work and customer education. 5/5 stars—highly recommend!

  couldn’t believe what a professional company you are, and coordinating a completely dust, free and clean environment after they were done. There was not a speck of dust in my garage, or my wife’s bedroom in the Lawn didn’t have a scrap of wire or a piece of paper on it truly commendable. I want to think Coast to Coast heating and air conditioning for hiring. Such great employees who took great care in their work and did such a great job. Thank you COLIN Adams The Village’s, Florida

  Pieter, Jared & Jacob did an excellent job on our Heat pump replacement. They were on time, brought a complete crew to do our entire system replacement in one day. They worked like a well oiled machine. Starting right off with demo and moving to install. They worked fast and efficiently. Their work site was so clean when they left you would not of know they were even here. They took the time to answer all my questions about maintenance and how to operate our new thermostat. Ryan did a great job evaluating our existing system and guiding us to making the best decision for our HVAC replacement. For several years we have had Coast to Coast do our yearly clean and checks on our system. This company does an excellent job, in service and install. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

  These guys were quick to respond from an Angi's list add. I was having issues with our AC from the lighting storm not long ago. I tried troubleshooting it and thought it was the compressor. Ross came out and listened to my story, and we troubleshot the problem together. He was able to identify the issue was with the capacitor and explained why. He even took the time to educate me on various problem symptoms and what they might be. He got me a new capacitor, and we were up and running in no time. He went the extra mile and checked a few other things that were common maintenance related and cleaned them up really quick. We got setup with a maintenance plan to help the system. The likelihood is really high we'll work with them when we go to upgrade the system. Thank you Ross!
