Ian Knight was exceptional in scoping out and scheduling the work, providing his expertise, technical information, and assurances in a very professional and engaging manner, and delivering a very fair estimate for a big job. Team leads Steve and Brent were terrific! They quickly and almost effortlessly moved and protected everything in the vicinity of affected areas, and meticulously identified and cleaned all impacted sections. Steve, Brent, and their teams were focused and hard-working. They were clearly committed to doing very thorough, high quality work, and relentlessly treated the areas until all traces of mold were fully remediated. Jesse, the Field Operations Manager, was awesome! He provided keen oversight and added his expertise in detecting leaks and mold assessment to make sure everything was fully addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Restoration Maintenance for all mold related issues!
