  On 04/03 2026 our air conditioner stopped cooling. We then started calling A/C companies starting with Bowersox. They responded that they could come out on Monday 04/06. I explained that it was already 82 degrees in the house and that we were78 years old. Their response was Monday only. I then placed a call to Tri County Air and got a very pleasant women. She said they were very busy but would try to fit us in. She got hold of the technician who was working in the same town and had him at our house within an hour. The young man had us fixed quickly and on his way. I immediately signed up for the yearly service. This is how a business should be run. Great people all around.

  Our tech Chase was amazing. He’s a smart guy who for being young seems like he’s got a lifetime of experience. He was thoughtful and thorough. I would recommend him for a job. Matthew also did a good job he came out first and made the diagnosis.

  I called to have our HVAC unit serviced for the summer and the intake person was very pleasant and scheduled it quickly. Tyler arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional explaining what he was doing and gave recommendations as to what was we should do and expect. Highly recommended and will continue to use them as our HVAC company.

  I made a phone call to schedule preventive maintenance (PM) for 3 AC units at my home. The technician Lee M. showed up on time. All three AC units were tested and serviced by Lee, both inside and outside. Lee M. is an A++ AC mechanic. As for me, I am a former CRO with a 30-year career as a watch engineer, electrician, carpenter, and, lastly, a field tech for a major telco company in the northeast. I know a good mechanic when I see one. He’s the very best out there. Good job, Tri County and Thank You Lee M.

  Tricounty has excellent customer service. Today Egore came to my house today on time. A very proficient worker. .He knew precisely how to adjust my airconditioner correctly.Having a high effienciency HVAC with all new components was challenging to get the kinks out.The York representive had to train the staff to service it properly. I am confident I made the right decision choosing Tricounty Air. All the staff is so friendly and stays to do the job right.
