It only needed was a line clean out that could have been done just by servicing the machine I'm very disappointed and I will not recommend them unfortunately I still have a 3-year contract with them we'll see how it goes

After we had to get a new air conditioner installed, we had nothing but problems and had to have people come out. Multiple times. The owner was always extremely rude to me. And most of their employees were very confrontational, within a year of having our air conditioner, multiple parts had to be repaired Or replaced due to a malfunction. Then recently I got a letter stating that I had been sent to collections for not paying for a visit for maintenance. I had never had this said maintenance visit. Plus my name was not even on the contract.My husband was.
