  Cody and Joshua came to my home today. They were so informative and kind. They told me I did not need to replace the whole RO system at this time. They took the time to look at all the parts of the system. I have had other estimates from other companies who just looked at it and gave me a quote to replace the whole thing. I was very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone who has any type of plumbing issues.

  I had a truly wonderful experience with Major League Plumbing and Home Services from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. From my very first conversation with the receptionist whose name I unfortunately did not catch, and I apologize for that the customer service was excellent. She was kind, helpful, and made the scheduling process easy. Cody was the first technician I spoke with regarding the issue. After I explained what was going on, he carefully assessed the problem, took photos, and clearly recorded what needed to be done. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work and truly knows what he is doing. Although Cody was not the one who returned to complete the repair, the two gentlemen who did were just as impressive. They were able to arrive earlier than the expected time, which was a huge plus, and they kept me well informed about their arrival. Both were completely respectful, professional, and efficient. They completed the job quickly while still maintaining the high-quality workmanship that they clearly strive for. I truly cannot stress enough how much Major League Plumbing and Home Services saved the day. I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their reasonable pricing, professionalism, and commitment to going above and beyond made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

  We had problems with sewage backing up in our drains, they were able to come out the same day I called and got everything working. They also replaced a shower cartridge all for a pretty reasonable price. Dan was so friendly and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

  Jason did a great job identifying & repairing a leak in our buried, dirty, muddy, & watery, irrigation pvc piping. He was professional, friendly, & efficient thru out the whole process. Good job to the office staff as well. Lindy helped the next morning with a couple of questions. She too was very friendly & professional. Also, I was skeptical when I used your AI robot to start the ball rolling on my service call. I was really surprised how fast a service appointment was set up for that afternoon. Major League actually showed up earlier than anticipated. Great coordination between AI & the office service staff! Thanks to all, Tom, Sharol, & Lynette Schell
