Justin and Jerod delivered outstanding customer service. They were very responsive and didn’t try to talk me into replacing an entire roof when all we needed right now was a repair. They explained my options, listened to my needs, and then turned me over to Terry for the repairs. Terry was equally wonderful to work with. He was very kind and professional. He and his son, Terry Jr. repaired my roof in under 3 hrs and they did an excellent job color matching the shingles. I was a little concerned about that because our roof is getting up there in years, but the gentlemen came through! Highly recommend hiring Wofford!

Told me his truck broke down, that's fine but call your client and inform them of the issue instead of blowing them off!
