- BFBrittany FlavellOct 25, 20241.0I called all over the mid state area of FL to find 2 pieces of equipment to rent I found them in Fort Myers via Austin who was super helpful. I worked a reservation Tuesday - I was happy to go pick them up in person. The sales guy, Austin told me he could transfer the equipment to a location closer to me, and they could deliver Friday for my job Saturday I got ZERO communication, and called in today (Friday) to ask where my equipment was. I was told by the manager NICOLE at the Nokomis location that Austin "never promised me any equipment" and I "was the only one not on the same page as her and him", which was not accurate. Austin confirmed with me the Nokomis location requested the transfer on their end after my reservation had been submitted, and then gave to equipment to another client The Nokomis manager told me "I should have spoken to her like all her clients do" and she had a wait list of people waiting for equipment - which I never would have encountered if I had just picked it up myself like I had intended to do in the first place Now I have no equipment till who knows how long, until Nicole decides to get me something and my reputation with my client is completely compromised for not coming through on my word, and messing up their scheduling on their fence install. Totally unacceptable, and I do not recommend working with Nicole Lipperman ever, she should have had that equipment already sourced for her clients if she was doing her job - instead of taking my reservation when she saw it come through. Austin did his job, tried to help me, and further tried to save me time from driving down to pick up the equipment - Nicole was rude, unethical, and immoral. BE WARE DO NOT TRANSFER EQUIPMENT TO THIS BRANCH. Just go get it yourself once you locate it.

I reported it right away and yet to here anything back from the company. Rent from a company that will be responsible. For their actions. I'm now going to have to contact an attorney. So over a month and no one has contacted me. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. "Update" after months of pestering they finally paid for the damage. But what a hassle
